Dear Grinnell Mutual Agency staff:
We are pleased to present Grinnell Mutual’s Road to Success Scholarship Program to you and your customers for the 14th consecutive year. Along with you, Grinnell Mutual will award up to $80,000 in scholarships to your policyholders for the 2019-2020 school year.
The success of this program, awarding more than $750,000 in college scholarships to high school seniors, is a tribute to you and your policyholders. The Road to Success Scholarship Program honors deserving high school seniors in their pursuit of higher education. The program offers you and your agency more public awareness, more civic goodwill, and more opportunities to contact current customers - alerting them to the scholarship and discussing insurance needs.
For your convenience, we have attached the Road to Success Scholarship flyer, which can be sent to your customers.Scholarship applicants must be listed as a driver (of an auto) on a personal auto policy with Grinnell Mutual or Grinnell Select Insurance and have no traffic accidents or violations. The is an online application for students, and available on Grinnell Mutual’s company website: https://www.grinnellmutual.com
To help you identify which of your policyholders or policyholders’ children may be high school seniors, find the report through your Agent Secured Site: My Agency: Reports: Youthful Drivers. Choose Export Type as PDF or Excel, then click SUBMIT. The resulting list will include separate pages for Grinnell Mutual and Grinnell Select drivers. If you need assistance with your Youthful Drivers list, contact Customer Service at ext. 2455.
Please encourage eligible high school seniors to complete the online application form at https://www.grinnellmutual.com and submit it, along with an attached current transcript or report card, to Grinnell Mutual through their computer or mobile device. The application deadline is March 15, 2019. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
